National Poetry Day
Fri 11 Oct 2019As part of our National Poetry Day celebrations, Year 4 wrote their own poems in two different styles.
Have a look at a selection of the two different styles here; the first style being ideas around the theme of ‘Truth’ with a little imagination thrown in!
The second style of poetry we looked at was Japanese Haiku poetry. A Haiku has only three lines based around any theme but it follows the pattern of five syllables, seven syllables and then five syllables again.
We hope you enjoy!
